Public Offer and User Agreement

This document is a public offer by Pay Flow LLC (the “Provider”) to enter into an agreement for access to the Dom+ app. It also sets out the rules for using the app and the dom-plus.app website.

1. General

1.1. Dom+ is an independent app for controlling compatible Yandex Smart Home devices. Dom+ is not a product of, affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Yandex LLC.

1.2. A User is an individual with legal capacity who uses the website or app or places an order.

1.3. By using the website or app, you agree to the rules in this document. Tapping the purchase button and then paying for an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the public offer version in effect at the time of payment.

1.4. Before paying, the User must read this document, the Dom+ Privacy Policy, the product description, and the final order price.

2. Agreement scope

2.1. The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dom+ personally and for non-commercial purposes within the available functionality.

2.2. In the Android version, full access is provided as a digital service after a one-time payment. The purchase is not a subscription and does not renew automatically or result in recurring charges.

2.3. A free trial may be available before purchase. Its duration and available features are shown in the app. The trial ending does not by itself trigger a charge.

2.4. Purchases made through the App Store or another app store are also governed by that store’s rules. The provisions of this offer concerning direct payment through Antilopay apply only to orders placed using that method.

3. Account and access

3.1. Dom+ requires sign-in with Yandex ID and the requested permissions. The User is responsible for keeping their account and access credentials secure.

3.2. Full access is linked to the Yandex ID account used to place the order. To restore a purchase, sign in to the same account.

3.3. Access is considered provided after the payment service confirms successful payment and full access is activated on the Dom+ server. If automatic activation fails, the User may contact support.

4. Price and payment

4.1. The current price is shown in the app, on the Payment page, and on the payment page before the order is confirmed. The final price shown to the User immediately before payment applies to the order.

4.2. Payment is made in Russian rubles using an available method on Antilopay’s secure page. Dom+ does not receive or store bank card details.

4.3. The User’s payment obligation is fulfilled when the payment service confirms the payment. The payment service sends order details and an electronic payment document using its usual method.

5. Order cancellation and refunds

5.1. Before payment is completed, the User may cancel the order by closing the payment page.

5.2. To request a refund, email support@dom-plus.app and include details that will help us find the payment: date, amount, Yandex ID account, and order ID if available.

5.3. Requests are reviewed in light of whether access was provided, the reason for the request, and mandatory applicable law. This document does not restrict consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

5.4. When a payment is refunded, full access provided for that order ends. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment service and the User’s bank.

6. Rules of use

6.1. The User may install and use Dom+ on compatible devices they own to control a smart home they are authorized to access.

6.2. You must not use Dom+ unlawfully or in violation of third-party rights; attempt to access another person’s account; interfere with the app, website, payment server, or security measures; or resell access.

6.3. The User is responsible for commands sent to smart home devices and must observe the safety requirements of the relevant devices and premises.

7. App operation and third-party services

7.1. Some features depend on compatible devices, internet access, Yandex ID, APIs, and third-party infrastructure. Changes or outages in those services may temporarily limit Dom+ functionality.

7.2. The Provider takes reasonable steps to keep Dom+ available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services or compatibility with devices and features unsupported by the APIs in use.

7.3. If an issue originates with Dom+, the User may contact support to restore access or discuss a refund.

8. Intellectual property

8.1. Exclusive rights to Dom+, its code, design, text, and graphics belong to their lawful owners. The User receives only the usage rights expressly stated in this document.

8.2. Third-party trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or integration.

9. Personal data

9.1. The data used, purposes of processing, retention periods, sharing with third parties, and deletion procedure are described in the Dom+ Privacy Policy.

9.2. By placing an order, the User agrees that the information necessary to process the payment and issue payment documents may be shared with the payment service.

10. Changes to these terms

10.1. The current version is published on this page with its date. A new version applies to orders placed after it is published.

10.2. Changes to the rules for continued app use take effect on publication unless a later date is specified. Material changes do not cancel full access already paid for without a basis under law or this document.

11. Contact and governing law

11.1. Questions, complaints, and refund requests should be sent to support@dom-plus.app. The parties will try to resolve disputes through negotiation.

11.2. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the User’s country of residence remain applicable where required.
